We are seeking a candidate who can quickly grow from a team member into a Supervisor role. The ideal person will have a genuine interest in the climbing sector and, ideally, bring some experience in community outreach with strong communication skills.
The role includes a variety of tasks day-to-day in all aspects of the centre. These include but are not limited to:
Customer Service- Checking customers in and dealing with bookings as well as letting them know about our current deals and promotions.
Café- Food Preparation, making Barista style Coffee and Food Service.
Climbing Coaching- (all training will be provided) Varying from Introductions to climbing with adults and families, working with childrens groups (aged 5-17) during our regular kids’ clubs and external groups e.g. scouts and schools. DBS check is required.
Safety and Operations- Opening and closing checklists, and hourly safety walks of the centre.
First Aid- (training can be provided).
Cleaning- Keeping the centre clean and tidy by completing a cleaning rota during desk shifts. Plus, hoovering/deep cleaning shifts before the centre opens.
