This role is all about building relationships—connecting with local schools, clubs, and organisations, helping more people discover what we offer, and making sure everyone who walks through our doors has a great experience.
You’ll be:
• Reaching out to local groups and building partnerships
• Welcoming new members and helping them get the most from us
• Supporting events, outreach, and community activity
• Spending time in the centre serving customers and ensuring a great experience
• Working 30-40 hours per week with potential for some home-working
• Sharing ideas and helping the wider team deliver consistently excellent service
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is confident talking to new people and building relationships
• Has previous experience in sales
• Enjoys being out in the local community
• Has energy, initiative, and a positive attitude
• Leads by example when it comes to customer experience
No hard sales pitch here—this is about genuine connection and growing a strong local community.
📍 Based in Macclesfield
Hourly rate from £13:35 (depending on experience) plus a generous bonus package
